At Lilja the Label, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable swimwear. If your items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached, and include the printed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
